This Alabama Certified Farmers Market is a seasonal market that draws in farmers from Calhoun County and several surrounding counties as well as bakers, canners, flower gardeners, and artisans. At the market, you will find traditionally and naturally grown seasonal produce, honey, canned goods, baked goods, tamales, fry bread, herbal soap, cheese, home churned ice cream, potted herbs, potted plants, seedlings, concrete yard decor, birdhouses, and bird feeders. We started this market in 2010 with the idea of “Helping Feed Our Community” with the best food available.

The Farmers Market of Jacksonville is run by a market manager and volunteer citizens who present the market in an exciting and beneficial way. The market focuses on providing quality produce and goods by serving the residents of this area in a way that enhances their quality of life.

We will kick off the market season on May 2nd at 8:00am.
